The goal was to trial a methodology for energy auditing and support for the property developer when the building is in use. This project was carried out jointly by Dynova and T4M.
The solution put forward is based on a methodology combining two analysis methods:
- Physical method: full instrumentation and measurements for the building’s real-time energy consumption.
- Theoretical method: digital simulation and modelling of the building. The simulation model helps provide information that has not been measured and simulate the impact of energy improvement solutions.
