T4M is a firm of engineering consultants specialising in building services and equipment and energy.
With 15 years of experience under its belt, it is made up of a multi-disciplinary team of individuals who can advise you and oversee your projects from the preliminary study through to the production of specifications and site supervision.

This support encompasses a vast array of different fields, including effective energy accounting, the fulfilment of regulatory requirements for energy performance, audits and specifications, to name but a few.
T4M has developed an online energy consumption monitoring service and has signed a partnership with two French start-ups, Ecotropy based in Nantes and Dynova, based in Toulouse. Ecotropy has developed an algorithm that can help detect anomalies when analysing energy meters in real time, based on a grey-box simulation (Buildsense). Dynova specialises in thermodynamic simulation.
Thanks in no small part to this partnership T4M offers and provides its services in France, as well as to companies with a portfolio of buildings in Europe.
As well as reducing consumption in buildings over the course of various projects, T4M is committed to building a sustainable world. Indeed, thanks to its collaboration with the Graine de Vie association, T4M offsets its CO2 emissions by planting trees.
