Team building 2024 !

The whole T4M team went to Dock 79 for its annual team building event! The day’s program included padel, water-skiing and tree-climbing. A beautiful sunny day that strengthened the bonds of the team.

Heating system renovation at Aqualibi

T4M designed the new heating system for Aqualibi theme park. The work was carried out in 2023 and 2024, with the installation of new boilers and a heat pump, for a total output of 4.4MW. The pool and ventilation units heating distribution systems were also renovated.

CO2 emissions compensated !

Following the planting of 8,000 trees in Madagascar, through the NGO Graine de vie, T4M compensates his 40 tons of CO2 emissions for the year 2018.

These emissions were assessed during his carbon assessment by the CO2 strategy company.

Placement of a recuperation for 30,000 m³/h

The placement of the recovery wheel and the cladding follows its course at the Emperor. The recovery wheel will allow a flow exchange on 30,000 m³/h of air!

Updating EPB requirements

Following the new Government Decree of 21 June 2018 on EPB requirements, some changes will apply as from 1 January 2019. T4M is at your disposal to guide you through these new guidelines.

However, here are some changes about existing heating system installations.

• Gas water heaters are now part of the EPB regulation. They must therefore be controlled in the same way as heating systems.
• A device that allows air to be replaced by outside air is mandatory.
• A list of boilers and water heaters connected to a collective flue gas evacuation system must be established.
• The meters relating to the ventilation units must be read annually

Completed projects
